Dira Melissa Delpech is a GEM fellow graduate student at The Ohio State University in the Department of Engineering Education. She earned her B.S in Civil Engineering at The University of Rhode Island and her B.A. in French. She is concurrently enrolled in the M.S in Engineering Management. Her current research interests involve student professional development, as well as the recruitment and retention of underrepresented groups in engineering. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and being outdoors.
