2. Display Set Up (Tuesday, April 24th from 9:00-11:00 am)

Students will be asked to set up a display that will best represent their project. Each team will have a space that includes a 4’ x 4’ vertical foam core board to mount a poster with push pins and a 2’ x 6’ table to display any prototypes or computer simulations. Please note that no electrical power will be available so plan accordingly. You must set up your display between 9:00-11:00 a.m. on the day of the event in the Union’s Archie Griffin Ballroom. You will be notified of your assigned location in the Ballroom at the event.

Due to space limitations, your prototypes or computer simulations must fit on the provided table space.

On campus poster printing options can be found at: on campus poster printing.
